Earthlings Launch STEAM RUNNER, a Play-To-Earn Mobile Game on the Hedera Network

We’re excited to announce that Earthlings, a pioneer in Web3 gaming, has launched “STEAM RUNNER,” its first Play-to-Earn (P2E) mobile add-on game that enables gamers to earn the STEAM token.

Now live on both iOS and Android, the new mobile game, an ode to the cult classics “Temple Run” and “Pacman” is an immersive add-on game in which players are rewarded with the STEAM token for their achievements. 

Adding an additional competitive element to the game, players who finish in the top 100 in the weekly leaderboards will be eligible for additional STEAM bonuses, giving gamers more avenues to earn the token as the full Earthlings game is developed.

Because of the scale of the full Earthlings game currently in development, this add-on game is designed to keep the existing community engaged whilst building a new early player base in anticipation of the full launch.

The full Earthlings game, currently in development, is an immersive steampunk-influenced world, fuelled by the STEAM token for its in-game economy, in which players will roam free as Earthlings of global provenances. Players can own whole towns, villages, single plots, train stations, shops, and beyond - extending far beyond any existing game or metaverse.

STEAM Token

STEAM is the native token of the Earthlings universe that underpins its in-game economy. The token, built on the Hedera Token Service (HTS) will enable users to trade, purchase, and sell virtual property throughout the Earthlings universe.
